COMPANY & SERVICE MEMBER AGREEMENT
Pool Force One (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and related services. This Agreement outlines the standards, policies, and expectations governing services provided to the Service Member (“you,” “your”).
Pool Force One operates on structured service standards, professional accountability, and consistent maintenance practices designed to protect water quality, equipment performance, and long-term pool health.
By purchasing services or products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICE STRUCTURE
Pool Force One offers three structured weekly service plans: Essential, Complete, and Premium. These plans are designed for residential saltwater and liquid chlorine pools up to 13,000 gallons.
Pools exceeding 13,000 gallons require custom evaluation. Pricing adjustments may be necessary based on pool size, usage levels, pets, screened or unscreened enclosures, environmental exposure, equipment condition, and overall maintenance demands.
Industry best practice supports structured maintenance plans tailored to operational demand. Pool Force One reserves the right to provide customized pricing when pool conditions exceed standard service parameters.
MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
Service Members must maintain an active account using a valid email and password to purchase services or products. Maintaining service records, chemical logs, equipment history, and communication documentation ensures consistent professional service and operational accountability.
PAYMENT STANDARDS
All weekly service plans operate on a prepaid billing structure.
Payment authorizes Pool Force One to allocate route scheduling, labor, chemical inventory, and operational resources. Services do not need to begin on the first of the month; once payment is processed, the service cycle begins immediately and applies to the applicable 30-day service period.
Because operational resources are allocated in advance, fees are considered earned once service begins.
SERVICE ACTIVATION & CANCELLATION
New services may be canceled prior to the first on-site visit, provided cancellation is submitted no later than 24 hours before service begins.
Once the first visit occurs, the service cycle is active and fees for that cycle are non-refundable due to committed labor, chemical usage, and route allocation.
To maintain safety and service standards, Pool Force One reserves the right to discontinue service due to unsafe environments, nonpayment, inaccessible service areas, aggressive animals, or conditions that prevent professional service delivery.
If cancellation is initiated by the Company, service will continue through the remainder of the prepaid service cycle unless immediate termination is required for safety.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS & OPERATIONAL VARIABLES
Pool Force One provides structured weekly maintenance designed to maintain balanced, sanitary, swim-ready water.
However, water chemistry is influenced by environmental and operational variables including:
Weather conditions
Heavy rainfall
Storm activity
High swimmer load
Pets entering the pool
Equipment malfunction
Landscaping debris
Power interruptions
Professional service guarantees proper balancing at the time of service. Continuous water conditions between visits depend on operational variables beyond Company control.
GREEN-TO-CLEAN RECOVERY SERVICES
Green-to-clean treatments require chemical purchases and intensive labor specific to each pool’s condition.
Once chemicals are purchased or treatment begins, refunds are not permitted. Pool Force One guarantees completion of agreed corrective procedures necessary to restore swim-ready conditions, provided equipment is functioning properly.
PRODUCT SALES & INSTALLATION
Products are purchased through approved suppliers and delivered during scheduled service visits when available.
Products are subject to supplier inventory and backorder availability.
Once installed, opened, or used, products are non-returnable. Installation labor and setup fees are non-refundable once work begins.
PRICING ADJUSTMENTS
To maintain service quality, staffing, insurance, chemical standards, and operational sustainability, Pool Force One reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect market conditions and operating costs. Advance notice will be provided whenever reasonably possible.
BUSINESS GROWTH & ROUTE TRANSFERS
Pool Force One currently has no intention to sell service routes. However, the Company reserves the right to transfer, negotiate, or sell routes or business operations in the future as part of strategic growth, valuation, or sale.
MARKETING & MEDIA
To demonstrate service quality and maintain public reputation, Pool Force One reserves the right to photograph pools, equipment, and work performed. Images may be used on the Company website, social media, or Google Business Profile.
Personal identifying information will not intentionally be disclosed.
COMMUNICATION AUTHORIZATION
Service Members authorize communication via phone, text message, and email regarding scheduling, updates, billing, recommendations, and operational matters.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Proper equipment operation is essential to water circulation and sanitation. Service Members are responsible for maintaining fully functional pool equipment unless repair services are separately contracted.
Pool Force One is not responsible for hidden plumbing issues, manufacturer defects, automation malfunctions, or pre-existing equipment failures.
Liability is limited to the value of services provided during the active billing cycle.
PRIVACY POLICY
Pool Force One respects Service Member privacy and maintains professional standards for data protection.
Information collected may include name, address, phone number, email, pool size, equipment specifications, pet information for safety, service history, and communication records.
This information is used solely for service delivery, scheduling, billing, safety, and operational analysis.
Pool Force One does not sell or distribute personal information to third-party marketing entities.
Reasonable security measures are taken to protect stored data.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Weekly service plans are prepaid and secure route allocation and labor scheduling.
Cancellation prior to the first visit is permitted with 24 hours’ notice. Once service begins, the billing cycle is non-refundable.
Green-to-clean chemical purchases are non-refundable once treatment begins.
Products must be canceled before installation. Installed or opened products are non-returnable.
Chargebacks for services rendered or installed products may be formally disputed using documented service records and agreement acknowledgment.
SERVICE EXPECTATIONS & SERVICE MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional pool maintenance operates most effectively as a partnership.
Pool Force One provides weekly structured maintenance including water testing, chemical balancing, debris removal, brushing, and equipment observation.
Service plan structure:
Essential Plan – vacuum once per month; filter cleaned every three months.
Complete Plan – vacuum twice per month; filter cleaned every two months.
Premium Plan – vacuum weekly; filter cleaned monthly.
Industry best practice supports monthly filter cleaning to maintain optimal circulation. Additional cleaning may be recommended after heavy usage, storms, debris intrusion, or high pet activity.
Service Members agree to assist between visits with light skimming and monitoring unusual conditions.
Hurricane Cleanup Services are offered separately and are not included in standard weekly plans.
CHECKOUT & SERVICE AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By enrolling in services or purchasing products, the Service Member confirms that they have read and agree to the Company & Service Member Agreement, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Service Expectations.
Payment authorizes Pool Force One to allocate labor, chemicals, and scheduling resources. Once service begins, fees are earned for the active cycle.
POOL FORCE ONE SERVICE GUARANTEE
Pool Force One guarantees professional attention during every scheduled visit, including water chemistry balancing, cleanliness evaluation, and equipment observation according to the selected service plan.
Because pools are influenced by environmental and operational factors, permanent water clarity between visits cannot be guaranteed.
We guarantee professional service delivery, honest communication, and accountability.
Our commitment is long-term pool health through consistent standards — not unrealistic promises.
